I have a friendly relationship with the local preacher, the pastor who runs the Kindergarten our offspring used to be associated with. A few years ago, upon taking said child to (or fetching from – I forget) the Kindergarten, the preacher asked me what it would take to get a Web site set up for the institution. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I offered to sponsor a Web site, and that should have been the end of the story.
We moved the site today, simultaneously changing registrars, and the net effect is that the DNS domain for the kindergarten is now DNSSEC-signed. (DNSSEC is complex, but it can be explained in five tweets. :-)
I grinned when Michael said:
proudly presenting the first Kita^* with DNSSEC :-)
So, we might very well be the very first secured kindergarten.

Kita is Kindertagesstätte in German, which is the equivalent of a day care.
