The missus wasn’t as enthusiastic as I was about the Sonos S5,
particularly because her favorite radio station wouldn’t play on the
Sonos. A few days ago Stefan suggested, perhaps jokingly, I should open a
support call at Sonos. I laughed that off, but then thought: “hey, why not?”
So I started documenting, making screen shots, etc., and whaddaya know? Even
before I sent the e-mail, the station now plays here. (How’s that for support,
eh? ;-) ) If that doesn’t increase the WAF, nothing will. :-)
