Is this one of the reasons why Linux isn’t picking up more momentum as a Windows-killer?

A Linux and an open source server should be a fantastic competitor to Windows Server within small businesses and other areas. Certainly, all the software an ingredients are there. The problem is bringing it all together in a straightforward and integrated way

I’ve always blamed poor documentation of excellent software as being the culprit, but I admit there is a bit of truth in this opinion.
