Try as hard as I can, it is really difficult to get things totally idiot- proof. The dial-in mechanisms we have automate almost everything, including auto-launch of the VPN(Virtual Private Network) client when the iPass dialer connects to the network. We now need extra monitoring, because the gran jefe mistyped the password twelve times before being granted access. What am I going to do? Create a special monitor with which we are informed of such attempts in order to proactively get to the phone and call the jefe informing that there might be an issue… Perhaps a simpler password would be a better solution? (just kidding)
