My Rowenta coffee machine is on the blink. Actually it leaks water, so I thought I'd find out if they have a service centre I can contact for assistance and/or replacement parts. I type in rowenta.de, and what do I get? Nothing. They force me to use www as a domain name, even though their DNS caters to people like myself.
