Wrap some creamy goats cheese with a leaf or two of ruccola (rocket) into a slice of bressaola, thus creating small and thin rolls. Place all the little rolls on a nice serving dish, together with some thin slices of lightly-toasted baguette which have been sprinkled with some drops of good olive oil before being put into a hot oven for five or ten minutes. Ideal for a warm Summer evening.
