TortiglioniWhile the tortiglioni (or your favorite) are boiling in plenty of salted water, use a skillet to very lightly fry some finely diced lamb or poultry salame in butter. Serve the noodles on hot plates, add some butter, sprinkle the diced meat over the tortiglioni, and liberally add coarsely grated parmesan. Preparation time: ten minutes.
